Battlestar Galactica direct-to-video movie?

Looks like. Sad to hear that the ratings have been slipping and that it hasn't been picked up for the fourth season yet, much less the thought of moving it to a Sunday night time slot.

The move to Sunday isn't a bad thing, usually. For most networks it's a compliment. Sunday nights have a much higher viewing potential. Friday is the crap night of the week.
