Why can't people use email properly?

You receive an email where the To: line is to X, Y, Z; and the CC: line is to A, B, and Me. You do a Reply All, and you receive a copy that you (a) wrote and (b) have in your Sent folder.

WHY CAN'T PEOPLE PUT ALL RECIPIENTS IN THE TO: LINE?! I find this particularly annoying when it turns into a long-term discussion.

Then again, why can't you copy paste all mailads into the to line...? ;P

I agree with you for the most part. A lot of email traffic just doesn't need to be there, it's like the line from Weird Al's It's All About The Pentiums: "...in a chat room shouting 'Me Too!' like some brain-dead AOLer".

People who don't trim massively forwarded messages are also on my list... ;-) I cringe at the thought of three or four screens of To/From lines!
