No, those special offers expire at the end of a month, and next year is a leap year so if it was to last until next year the proper date would have been February 29. I'm afraid that the only way to take advantage of that special offer is to set the clock on your computer back a couple of weeks before responding (cheaper than a time machine, doncha know).
