Just finished the second week of the new job and it's going spiffily. I quite like it there, but it is a litle jarring to once again be dating my wife sort of. We talk usually once or twice a day and I only see her after driving a fair distance, and at that only once a week or so.

Got lots happening, unfortunately no time to write about it. I would have had wireless installed today, but some really inconvenient stuff happened last night and this AM, so it's been pushed a week.

I'm waaay behind on reading my friend's blogs, I think it's been almost three weeks. And that'll probably continue until I get back from Phoenix (leaving the 20th for the weekend for Magic Rat's memorial). *sigh* It never ends. ;-)

The bad thing is that without internet at my aunt's, I only have access if I go to specific restaurants or stay late, and I'm kind of hesitant to blog at work even though I can use my computer at work after hours for personal stuff as long as I don't violate policy.

Anyway, I'm tired and going to bed.

It sounds to me like your priorities are in fine shape.

I'm glad you're able to go to the funeral.

And I understand how frustrating it can be without Internet, and your only access is work or hot spots.

One of the reasons I try to keep away from personal stuff at work is Internet activity is usually logged, depending on the place, and even if it's allowed, I don't particularly want my boss(es)/coworkers knowing what I'm doing on the Internet.

It's going to take you a while to settle into a new routine, that's just normal. Get yourself set up, and worry about blogging later. *G* Most of us will still be here. I'm glad to hear that the job is going well and I hope everything evens out for you soon.
