One more reason to read labels. It may take me longer to go grocery shopping, but I make sure my juice is 100% fruit juice, and now I'll have to make sure my chocolate actually contains cocoa butter. You'd be surprised at what is actually in some products. Not all whole wheat breads contain primarily whole wheat flour. There are lots of other surprises on various labels.
