Date: 2007-09-17 01:17 pm (UTC)There was absolutely no character development for Anna. What happened to Kate? I just couldn't see the relationship she supposedly had with Duncan. It was actually hard to force myself to watch the thing.
What was the whole apocalyptic thing about anyway? How does Duncan fathering a child stop what was going on? It made no sense at all.

Date: 2007-09-18 01:58 pm (UTC)It just seemed obvious that Adrian Paul was sick of doing Duncan MacLeod. His performance seemed to be just phoned in. The whole futuristic apocalypse thing was too over the top. The technology Methos and the others were using didn't make sense. I don't believe that we'll have that kind of technology readily available anytime soon, and the story can't be set too far into the future. Joe is alive, and he's only mortal. They didn't even show him as being that much older than what he was at the end of the tv series.
I don't think words can describe how utterly bad this movie was.
