This isn't the first such incident, and yet the this is a good idea? They really need semi-autonomous systems where it still has to have a human on the trigger.

They don't want the humans to have to watch as people die, so they'll keep building the fully-robotic systems, hoping for the day when the mechanized military does all the dirty work.
