Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

And for those of you who don't do Thanksgiving, have a good day anyway. We're brining a turkey, I'm making orange-scented green beans, and Manchego (cheesy) mashed potatoes. And that's after a terrif sushi dinner (pre-stretching the stomach) and then going out to see Beowulf. We're in Phoenix, we're having fun.

Hope you had a great time! Faves on my T-menu were many glasses of Lambrusco and White Zinfandel, little hors d'oeurves and spinach salad. No stomach-stretching required. :-)

The bf's family brined up a turkey, too. It was awesome. Three movies and a couple of TV specials later and most everyone is sleeping. ;)
