Oh, man! I am so looking forward to April!

It looks like the old Jackie Chan is back. I know he's getting older and his injuries are starting to tell, quite like Evel Kenevil, but it's good to see him in a classic movie. He should stay well clear of Hollywood and stick with Hong Kong and Australia.

And what happened to Jet Li's pseudo-retirement?

EDIT: Wow. Talk about some controversy on the IMDB boards! The director made the two Stuart Little Movies, two Roger Rabbit shorts, and Haunted Mansion. Not exactly stellar credits for making a blockbuster Chinese action flic. But it does have Woo-Ping Yuen as the action choreographer, and that covers a multitude of sins.

I actually liked the Stuart Little movies and Haunted Mansion (haven't seen the Roger Rabbit shorts). Do people who post at IMDB ever like anything? (That's a rhetorical question, for anyone who cares.)

I never saw the SL movies, the first one looked cute. The Roger Rabbit shorts were good. I can't remember which movies they were attached to off-hand, but they were included in the Who Framed Roger Rabbit? DVD.

I think his track record shows that he is a competent director, but with no background in action movies, much less a Chinese martial arts epic. That's my concern.
