thewayneGotta love the power of congress over logic. Two biodefense labs, that will house the newest and nastiest bugs that can be developed, are in the middle of Boston and in Galveston, TX, which is currently getting hammered.
You'd think someone would say "Um, shouldn't we put these somewhere that doesn't have radical weather and not in a densely populated area?"
