I'm not quite sure how they'd structure it.

Anyway, some further thoughts on the civics quiz. I wonder how much political or party ideology or religious ideology might influence how you respond to question? Would a confirmed Donkey or Elephant be more likely to miss certain questions?

Something to ponder, or perhaps for a psych/soc/poli sci student to do a study of.

A couple of them were a matter of opinion, which I'm sure would have an effect. They used some weasel words here and there, making it even harder, I think. (I got 87.88% with one stupid mistake and 3 that I was just wrong about).

Like this one:
27) Free markets typically secure more economic prosperity than government’s centralized planning because:
The correct answer was "A. the price system utilizes more local knowledge of means and ends," but I could definitely see someone argue that "C. more tax revenue can be generated from free enterprise" was correct. The word "typically" makes it even more wishy-washy. I got it right, because I think "a" is in fact more typical, but it doesn't make it "right."

I think this one was a bit wishy-washy, too:
31) International trade and specialization most often lead to which of the following?
The right answer, which I got, too, was "A. an increase in a nation’s productivity," but I could definitely seem someone argue for any of the other answers: "B. a decrease in a nation’s economic growth in the long term," or "C. an increase in a nation’s import tariffs," or "D. a decrease in a nation’s standard of living," and the words "most often lead to" makes the whole thing weaselly.

Fun to take, though!
