Well, you can't. It takes almost 2 weeks, but time lapse photography and YouTube make it much shorter!

I've always enjoyed time lapse photography, I did an mpeg of the 3.5 meter mirror of my wife's telescope being washed that was kind of cool.

They're building a new city hall here, unfortunately well after the skeleton was up they got a web cam up to record time lapse of it. It's updated weekly at http://www.las-cruces.org/webcam/.

What I really wish I'd caught was they're building a new federal court house next to the current city hall, and over MLK weekend they took down the monster crane that was used. I would have loved to have seen a time lapse of that.
