Because being able to have sex and marry any other person regardless of gender is synonymous with beastiality! OF COURSE!

Reminds me of the argument made by a guy I worked with at one time: He asked (paraphrased), "where does it end? We lagalize gay marriage and then suddenly people will want to marry their dogs." Eesh...
