I seem to recall that our previous president had a bit of a problem with blow, whereas I don't recall having heard of our current prez having done any illegal drugs. I could be mistaken.

Current president has owned up to some of his drug habits from an earlier life. The last president owned up to an alcohol addiction, but also had some trouble with other drugs, including coke. So it's definitely a "not-so-different" trope to be applied here.
