At some sort of a public meeting with video cameras, while talking about the war in Afghanistan, said "This was a war of Obama's choosing" and "This is not something that the United States had actively prosecuted or wanted to engage in." Funny, Obama wasn't a US Senator when we invaded Afghanistan (he was an Illinois senator at that time). Republicans are really tearing in to him.

Any bets on how many days until he's no longer the head of the RNC? I'll go for less than 2 weeks.


It wasn't on Doonesbury's Say What?, but I'm sure it'll be there soon.

I'll take that bet and say he rides it out to the end of the midterms, where he is sacked unceremoniously for something else that he says an replaced by Sarah Palin. The bet is that he makes it to the midterms, Palin's just what I think will happen next.
