Both the House and Senate extend P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act provisions

No surprises. The House voted to approve Monday, the Senate Tuesday, and I'm sure Obama will sign it before the end of the month.

Yep. Because if anybody had said, "Hey, isn't this flagrantly unconstitutional?", everyone else would have pointed a finger at them and shrieked "TERRORIST!"
