I don't own an XBox or any other type of console game station. I have heard from people that when it comes to games like Guitar Hero and Rockband and their ilk that the hard levels are based on 70's/80's rock! I mentioned this to a friend who is a musician and he says it's because the chord changes are more difficult, and I'll take that at his word as I am by no means a musician. My musical ability is limited to playing the stereo.
