"In 2009, 19 percent of the cyber agents worked on national security intrusion investigations, while 31 percent worked on non-spy-related digital crimes and 41 percent investigated online child porn."

So kiddie porn, which I fully agree is vile, is twice as important as national security intrusion investigations? How about increasing funding for state police so they can do more of the kiddie porn and only bring in the FBI when it crosses state borders?
