Oh! Another way to use bolognese sauce....
Jun. 5th, 2011 01:40 amQuesadillas. Extra-crispy open-face cheese crisp. Put a tablespoon or so of the sauce in a ramekin or similar container, nuke it for 60-90 seconds until it's hot, and when the cheese is almost entirely melted, spoon it on.
