Yep, too dangerous to go there - there's a nonzero chance that someone might call him to the carpet on possible war crime charges or other charges.

I just find it interesting that he actually booked the date. Aren't there penalties for breaking appearances? Not that he has money problems.

Depends on how early he cancels. (Again, not that it means much to him.)
