Use of Google Talk, Ventrillo, Skype, etc.: could get you a prison sentence there. Everything must go through the state-owned ISP which uses deep-packet inspection to keep the populace on the straight and narrow.

That sounds like the last steps toward installing a dictatorship or other "permanent" government that intends to stay in power for as long as the junta can last.
