Online dating and our 8th anniversary!

Tuesday was the 8th anniversary of Russet and I marrying, and it's been a good eight years. Coincidentally, Slashdot ran a story that day on "A survey of nearly 20,000 Americans reveals that marriages between people who met online are at least as stable and satisfying as those who first met in the real world—possibly more so." It's not an exceptionally comprehensive study, but it is mildly interesting.

Well, I figure that people who meet because of shared interests and philosophies are probably just as likely to stay together as people who...meet because of shared interests and philosophies, y'know?
