Clearly SHIELD is replacing congresscritters with LMDs. Lucas must be awfully important to rate an LMD.

What I want to know is how a Tea Partier was able to pierce SHIELD security and discover the truth.

Statistically, an occasional breach is certain. He got lucky. Or maybe the Lone Gunmen clued him in.
