Oh, anybody can take a quiz. If you haven't seen Lost ((shame on you!!!)) then you have the advantage of not needing to chose or avoid an answer because you know who it's trying to link you to.

I got Claire too. Which I didn't quite expect, but then she's pretty nebbish all around. Nice but nebbish.

There's only so much free time that you have. About the only time I watch TV is when I'm doing other things, namely work, on my laptop. Recently I've been busy with my classes in algebra and photography, not to mention work work, so TV has definitely taken a back seat.

We're considering getting a Tivo, so we'll see how that changes things. The first things I'm going to program into it is Good Eats, South Park, Whose Line Is It Anyway, and Murphy Brown. :-)

Fie on thee. Get Lost!!! You'll need to do some catching up first, i.e. rent or buy the first season. Lost is the ONE show I'll drop everything else to watch. *Everything* -- even WoW. ;) Even phone calls from out of state friends, who I let leave a message on my machine instead of me picking up. ;) :) :) I can't remember the last time I liked a show this much.

IMO, Lost is the new X-Files without the monster episodes. What I mean is that both series are driven by a mysterious plot where little bits are revealed every so often. This keeps the audience anxiously awaiting the next new episode to see what new clues are there, but it also means that to keep up the interest in the show, there will never be a resolution to the plot since that would leave the audience no reason to continue tuning in. Rather than avoid the frustration and disappointment that is bound to set in after a few years of this, I've chosen not to watch it.

Besides, I don't watch shows that are on network television (and I also lump in UPN and WB with the three biggies). That's not to say that I don't watch television, just that I watch a lot of cable channels.

And about TiVo, it's like a MMORPG in that it will consume a huge chunk of your leisure time. I don't know how many times I've heard people who I know and who have TiVo complain that they just can't find the time to watch everything they record with it (and their solution is to buy a larger memory chip).
