Hillary was at his latest wedding, I don't know if Bill was. And Trump has given money to the Democratic Party in the past. But he's in it on his own dime, and his current rhetoric is much more aligned with the Tea Party than anyone else.

John McCain and Rupert Murdoch, among others, are railing against him, and I find that endlessly amusing. But the best part is that apparently most of the people at his announcement were hired actors there for $50 an hour.

It appears the representative want paying much attention to the last few elections and the candidates in the Republican side for same. The GOP requires no plants or agitators to generate a circus like this - all they need is for the candidates to feel comfortable enough to express their real opinions.

On that note, I've long felt that the televised "debates" would be improved tremendously were all the participants required to partake of plenty of their favorite varieties of booze first - then we might be in with a very good chance of seeing their real natures.

I think this is a sound idea - although it does require candidates who drink. Anyone with religious objections or otherwise would be put at an advantage.

I'd like to see all participants equipped with an anonymous 'Bullshit' buzzer that the speaker could be called out on. That could make things quite entertaining.

Trump recently went on a rant against McCain saying that getting captured doesn't make him a hero, meanwhile Trump got numerous student and medical deferments to avoid serving. While I don't like a lot of things McCain has done politically, especially post-2008 election disaster, like Kerry he did go over there and risk his life and paid the price for it.

Who gets to use the buzzer? Other candidates? The audience? All of them? Because measuring the bullshit rating of any candidate would be very interesting.

Trump has all the disadvantages that the Bushes did about military service, and he's a bigger blowhard.
