Nov. 1st, 2007 06:57 amThey've issued an order freezing engine development and forcing teams to develop in the areas of flywheels, emissions recovery, and alternative fuels.
It'll take a little while before it trickles down, but lots of stuff have started in F1 and ended up in your driveway.
