The end of semester is upon us, and slack time just ain't what it used to be. Some brilliant person in the executive hierarchy screwed with the final exam schedule, and for my two Tuesday/Thursday classes, I have to go in Tuesday, Thursday and Friday next week: my photography final is on Friday instead of Thursday. I have no idea what these Mighty Mental Midgets (tm) were thinking, it's rather obvious they were not.


But in brief: we went to Phoenix for Thanksgiving. Had dinner with my sister and nieces Tuesday night as they went to San Diego for the holiday (her hubby is in Afghanistan but hopefully will be home in about a week for the holiday), Wednesday was a great sushi dinner with my best man, Thursday turkey dinner with parents, Friday fantastic pizza with Bear & She-Bear at Nello's in Tempe (the best pizza in the Phoenix area), Saturday was playing Champions at Jim's, and Sunday we headed home (eventually).

It was ELEVEN DEGREES at 6am Monday when we arrived at home! And still no snow.

Sigh.

it can't be above freezing here at the moment *shudder* and still, none of the white stuff... though i think it's my fault. the world is conspiring to make sure i never touch snow. it makes one wonder what supernatural forces will be unleashed if i ever do. :)
