Definitely got my wife hooked on The Good Place!

I watched the first season some time back and loved it, then I saw Netflix had the second season. I was pretty sure my wife would really like it, so I talked her into watching a couple of episodes earlier this week, and we finished the first season tonight.

She's hooked. She loved the season ender twist. I'm really looking forward to seeing what they do with the second season, and I'm wondering if we can get NBC with our current streaming services or will we have to wait for it to complete and Netflix to eventually pick it up.

Most of the streaming services that I know of get access to, at a minimum, NBC on Demand, so you could get caught up that way.

I'm not sure about NBC On Demand, but many services require that you have a cable or satellite subscription.  BBC America requires such, which is why we didn't get to see the new Dr. Who except for the first ep.  I THINK, but I'm not certain, that we can get NBC.  I'll check it eventually.

Most of the time, streaming services like Sling and that offer a way of authentication to things like the official "watch this network" app, or an auth portal for devices like Rokus or Apple TVs. It's how I can take a lot of my television on the road with me.

It's funny, but normally when I travel I watch very little to zero TV.

Not much for me, either, because I'm usually so far behind on everything else.

Yeah.  If we're on the road, by the time we get to a hotel it's eat, do medical routine, go to bed.  If we're at my parents or other relatives or friends, it's do other stuff.
