Hmmmm..... education over legislation, how outre! Actually, it's more than outre, they're making people take responsibility for educating their youngsters. Outrageous! Heaven forfend should other countries adopt this practice!

It's exactly the fight we're still having here at Phoenix Public. We've experimented with two different filters, with various levels of "protection", and it's still ruffling feathers.
