thewayneOurs was surprisingly no-drama, which was quite nice for a change. No snow, which was a little sad. We might get some Monday night/Tuesday, but that far ahead of the forecast I ain't holding my breath.
We had Chinese pulled-pork for dinner: cook it in the oven for three hours and it's pretty much fool-proof. Sweet potatoes and green beans were the sides. Far too many dishes to clean up to produce three dishes for consumption!
