Ours was surprisingly no-drama, which was quite nice for a change. No snow, which was a little sad. We might get some Monday night/Tuesday, but that far ahead of the forecast I ain't holding my breath.

We had Chinese pulled-pork for dinner: cook it in the oven for three hours and it's pretty much fool-proof. Sweet potatoes and green beans were the sides. Far too many dishes to clean up to produce three dishes for consumption!

I'm interested! I'm thinking of eventually doing pulled reindeer in the pressure cooker. (The device came with a pulled pork recipe suggestion and I reckon reindeer might work just as well.)
