Ours was quite good. We did a similar thing to what we did at Thanksgiving: prepare a bunch of food in New Mexico and bring it to Phoenix. In this case, the plan was for Korean Hoisin shredded pork DIY Sloppy Joe sandwiches and a bunch of sides including: candied sweet potatoes, a corn dish, I contributed a German potato salad, and my middle niece (who was proposed to yesterday by her boyfriend and accepted!) made cookies! Of course with our oven breaking, we weren't able to do much at home and ended up doing more here than planned, but that's okay.
