As if SWATting wasn't bad enough, we now have Violence-As-A-Service

In a variation on swatting, you can now go online, ask if people live in a particular city, and offer money to enact revenge on particular targets. $3,000 for tire slashings, throw bricks through windows, etc. Typically a slogan is shouted so the victim knows why it's being done. You need to arrange for someone to video you doing it so the buyer knows they're getting value for their hard- (and probably illegally-) earned money. Probably need to arrange for a getaway driver, too.

Lovely world we're evolving in to, eh?

There is some sort of hitman thing in Liverpool, though it is probably an in-gang only service. Money is paid to hire a complete moron to go to the wrong house and shoot an unrelated small child dead. Bonus points for killing the family pet and wounding their mother.
It has to be a moron. The person they are charged to kill is always an adult male. The person they end up killing is always a tiny female child. Easily confused hitman and armed with a gun. Morons.

I mean, the threat of violence as a service has always been there, but generally, it was confined to criminal organizations attacking each other or attempting to extort something from their specific targets. This sounds very much like something ready to spill out into more general usage, much like SWATting.
