Guess what, bitch? The Supreme Court just said that what the President does cannot be a crime!

The Secret Service counter-snipers did an excellent job yesterday, everyone was fortunate that the young man was apparently unaware that an AR-15 is a lousy sniper weapon. There's a reason why snipers use heavier rounds: they're much less vulnerable to wind.

Yeah, the AR-15 is a rifle designed for rapid fire, and when you build for that, you sacrifice some accuracy due to less tight tolerances.

I mean, don't get me wrong, if you gave a trained sniper or a unit marksman an M16 (the military version of an AR 15) they can shoot well with it. And one of them possibly could've killed you know who with it.

But when you need super-accuracy, well ... you want a semi-automatic (like an M14) or, better yet, a bolt-action rifle.

Yep.  Bolt-action is the way to go for accurate distance shooting.  Yes, a trained marksman could shoot well at those distances with an AR-15 that they were familiar with, but by no means an ideal weapon for that.

If Biden can prove doing so was part of his official duties, then the Court either has to let it go or admit they were wrong and what they actually meant was "fascists are immune, everyone else is not."

Agree with the comments about weapons, but frankly, at 150 yards, anyone even half-trained should have been able to hit a human-sized target. Basic marksmanship training is for 800-1000 meters.
