Tonight my main job was to print out the games that I'm taking to BlingFest. I start with Karaoke Screams and use up almost all of my Avery card stock. I also learn that my printer will not do double-sided cards. Apparently the bend is too sharp to run this business card stock through twice, the paper doesn't jam, but it doesn't feed correctly and mis-prints the page. Fortunately Karaoke Screams is really the only game that it's good to be able to differentiate backs.

I had picked up 100 or so sheets of Staples business card stock last week because I knew that I didn't have enough Avery stock to print everything. Supposedly this Staples stock is compatible with the Avery 5371 that I normally use. It's cheaper, larger boxes, and I had a coupon.

Continuing, I print Nightmare Scrabble, it's only three pages, and I had one sheet of the Avery left. The other two sheets print fine. So Nightmare Scrabble is done.

I start printing Waste of Celluloid. This one is big: 30something pages. And page after page after page jams.

I guess that Staples stock isn't quite as compatible as they claim to be!

Fortunately it has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and I ain't satisfied. Unfortunately, when I was buying the Staples stock, I don't recall seeing any Avery 5371 packets on the shelves.

This may prove to be very inconvenient....

And the program files is just Microsoft Access, so it'd be simply hooking up my laptop to either your printer or lan.
