Six months and counting!

Sunday was our six month anniversary. Not that it's a milestone by any stretch of the imagination, still, it's something! We had dinner at Chili's then went off and saw Harry Potter/Goblet of Fire again. Caught a couple of nuances that I'd previously missed.

The funny thing was arriving at the theatre. I talk to the manager, Robert, a lot, and he told the guy ringing up the tickets to give us a senior citizen discount! It was pretty funny. Well, my birthday is less than two weeks away, still, I'm not that old!

NASCAR has contracted with Harlequin for a series of romance novels with a racing theme.

Dear Santa... Dear Santa, This year I've been busy! In February I put gum in muskrat_john's hair (-12 points). Last Thursday I ruled Iran as a kind and benevolent dictator (700 points). In June I didn't flush (-1 points). Last Wednesday I gave emerald01 a kidney (1000 points). Last week I stole cardigirl's purse (-30 points). Overall, I've been nice (1657 points).
