No longer Lords of the Rings
Mar. 2nd, 2006 01:09 amLast week Russet was in Phoenix. She lost her wedding ring. Or at least it is believed lost, we haven't yet excavated her car. She was putting on sun block lotion before crossing the desert to LA and apparently dropped it in a bank parking lot. At least she still has her silver ring.
Wednesday I lost my silver ring. At least it wasn't my wedding ring. I normally wear it on my right ring finger, but sometimes it's a little tight and I wear it on my pinkies. Apparently it slid off at either Walmart, Arby's, or Staples. I swung by all three after school, no joy.
I bought the silver rings for us in March '04, then March '05 we bought our gold wedding rings. All the rings are puzzle rings, our wedding rings are four different gold colors and are quite cool. We got them all at the Arizona Renaissance Festival.

Re-Imagineering
Mar. 2nd, 2006 02:46 pmA blog for Disney Imageineers and Pixar employees about how to fix the parks and restore them to their former glory.

It's been a few years since I've been to Disneyland, but I remember a number of the things discussed, such as going to the Carnation Cafe and finding it to be a gift shop. It would be nice to see things turned around, but as long as the bean counters rule, I doubt it will.
