Jan. 25th, 2009 06:46 pmI was in Best Buy tonight and they had Adventures in Babysitting for $5! Sadly, it was just a DVD of the movie with no bonus material, but at least it was in wide-screen. I also got Jersey Girl for $5, the only Kevin Smith movie (aside from Zack and Miri Make A Porno, which is not out yet and I will buy as soon as it's available) that I don't own. And it's your typical Kevin Smith with beau coup bonus material.
I'm going to be watching a lot of movies while I'm recovering from my forth-coming surgery, so why not expand my library a little while I can do it for cheap?
In sucky news, OUR TV DIED! It wasn't that great of a TV, it was owned by a friend of mine who passed away almost two years ago and given to us by his parents, but it was perfectly adequate to watch movies on. So it's loaded in the back of the Subaru along with my Panasonic, I figure odds are good that they can fix one or the other within a week, either one would be fine.
