He had a fatal heart attack. Gee, I thought you had to have a heart in order to have a heart attack. It was definitely not an attack of conscience.

I just wish he'd had the heart attack when he was sentenced. That would have been nicely poetic. It must have been nice to make all that money, only to be convicted of fraud and die five years later.
