The internet is not full of porn?

"A confidential analysis of Internet search queries and a random sample of Web pages taken from Google and Micrsoft's giant Internet indexes showed that only about 1 percent of all Web pages contain sexually explicit material."
In my personal experience, I don't normally see porn in search results. Email spam, on the other hand...

Date: 2006-11-15 09:03 am (UTC)A classic example is the uproar over Janet Jackson (IIRC) showing a nipple for one second during the Super Bowl a few years back. I don't get it, but I definitely don't have "American sensibilities."
