I HAVE TOONAGE!

That's moozik, not animation. Though I do have a copy of Roger Rabbit on DVD here waiting for me to watch it.


Today I finally hooked up my B stereo system: 15+ year old Technics receiver, Bose 301 series IV speakers, and my ThinkPad as an MP3 player! Now I just have to pick up a pair of AAAs for the remote control.

Hopefully I'll have a TV in a month or two, then I can hook up my laserdisc player! Tampopo and Star Trek Animated series, here I come! (assuming my player is still working)

Yep. I've got it on LaserDisc. I also have A Taxing Woman on DVD! And Millionaire Express (Sammo Hung) and Wing Chun (Michelle Yeoh) and Kurosawa's Dreams. I also have Sanjuro, but not Seven Samurai. I'd love to complete the Yojimbo/Sanjuro series, I'd also love to get ahold of Throne of Blood and Hidden Fortress. I'm pretty sure that I also have Rashamon, one of my fav Kurosawa's.

I recognize some of the titles, including some I've yet to see. ^_^ I definitely need to see if I can get a DVD-R off my friend of "Tanpopo" since it's so hard to find here.
