Apparently. For original owner only, and the vehicle must be inspected by a dealer every five years. And, natch, certain models are excuded.

That's possible - although the newer brands of cars seem to be less sleek and more boxy, in my opinion. So if they were going for cool, they kind of bombed out, in my opinion. Maybe that's because I've been seeing plenty of "sensible" cars rather than the ones they really want to look sexy.

It's so sad that you see these amazing concept cars in the auto shows, and that's the only place that you see them.

You would think that the "concept" part of the car says "We're actually thinking about building something like this." rather than "look at something cool that we'll never build, but we want to make you think we will." How long as that been the case, I wonder?

LOL! It's been going on for FAR too long! The original Batmobile for the tv series was a concept car. The first movie Batmobile was built on a '73 Chevy Impala chassis, which happened to be my very first car. They found the cockpit at a wrecking yard: it was from a scrapped or crashed Harrier jump jet!

Fantastic. So we could all be zipping around in cool cars that could get fantastic gas mileage, and instead, we get boring boxes that suck gas. Someone slap the carmakers upside the head and get their priorities straight, please.
