You pretty much can. You can get a list of people who voted, along with direct printouts from the voting machines and mostly make a one-to-one correlation. I think this would fall down if the precinct had more than one voting machine.

You might think so, but I suspect that even by individual machine, reconstruction may be possible - you might need access to another potentially public piece of information, such as their address, but it still could possibly be reconstructed. Bit of a difficulty how privacy and accountability keep running into each other.
