Guy screencaps the LotR trilogy and turns it into a D&D campaign. VERY funny. Also kinda old, I guess it started a couple of years ago. I'm ALMOST at the Battle of Helm's Deep.

He manages to mostly sustain the tone through the end of the campaign.

When you're finished with that, his latest project looks promising: http://www.feartheboot.com/comic/default.aspx?c=14 . It just barely got off the ground, and it looks like the update rate is 1x/week, so no rush.
