New Line loses $125,000 in Peter Jackson lawsuit (also WGA strike stuff)

Jackson sued to get an accurate accounting for the first LotR movie, New Line threatened him with not getting to do The Hobbit if he continued with the suit. He continued. A judge has ruled that New Line is obstructing the case and possibly destroying documents.
