CompUSA rising from the dead?

Apparently what was left of CompUSA was bought out by Systemax, which owns Tiger Direct: they're offering the same prices as Tiger, so I guess they're now sort of a brick & mortar storefront for their online site under a different label. They've reopened some stores and are running some pretty good 48 hour sales. With Circuit City gone, this might be a good opportunity for them, assuming Systemax can keep 'em afloat long enough without killing the rest of the corp in the process.
Personally I think they should have done some rebranding, I think Tiger Direct holds more value in the geek community than CompUSA does (it certainly does with me) and that the negatives of CompUSA's policies could hurt them.
