Have you ever watched edamame boil?
Aug. 30th, 2009 03:33 pmI'm cooking some shelled edamame even as I type. Bring water to boil with a little salt in it, add edamame, boil for 4-5 minutes. 2 minutes in, the water isn't boiling quite yet, but you can see the beans bouncing on the bottom of the pan sort of like Mexican jumping beans.
