Um ... the Twin towers were not "domestic"? Bush hadn't been President long, but he was definitely President. Surprised that Giuliani would be the one to forget that.

...Yes, that's it. No domestic attacks. How many abortion clinic attacks were there? How many overzealous anti-war or pro-war people engaging in violence? Shoe bombers, religious incitement, anyone attacking a Muslim or a gay man because of their warped religious beliefs?

Do those not count for some reason?
