I can't decide what the most appropriate flavor should be. Sadly, they closed the Village Inn by my parent's house, so Marie Calendar's would be the only readily available source.

I'm not baking much these days, aside from the occasional Ghirardelli brownies. But there's a tequilla lime cheese cake from Guy's Big Bite that I'd really like to try, problem is, I don't know what constitutes a good brand of tequila as my wife and I don't drink the stuff.
