Is the Virginia AG related to John Ashcroft?

Apparently he is offended by the fact that the Virginia State Seal has the exposed breast of the Roman goddess of Virtue standing over a defeated tyrant, so he wants a breast plate put on her to make it PG.

I guess Virginia has no more criminals and he has nothing better to do.

This probably wouldn't be much of a deal is Ashcroft hadn't done it to Justice before and that Virginia very unsubtly decided they didn't like LGBTQ people and would work to make sure they knew it.
